We move fast so your cards ship fast. That means there’s a limited window to change or cancel an order after checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I edit or cancel after checkout?
Yes—if production hasn’t started yet.
If you contact us before we’ve produced your cards or deck, we can usually cancel the order or make changes (like updating a decklist, quantities, prints, or other order details).
Once production has started (or the order is already printed/packed), we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
What if I uploaded the wrong file or wrong decklist?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. If your order has not entered production, we can typically:
swap the file/decklist,
correct the print list, or
update related order details.
If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
When does production start?
Production can begin quickly after checkout—often the same business day. The safest assumption is: once you place the order, the clock starts. If you need a change, reach out right away.
Address change window
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately.
If the order hasn’t shipped: we can usually update the address.
If the order has shipped: in some cases we may be able to reroute the package, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier.
If a package is returned due to a bad address
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address so we can reship your order.
