- If it’s a print issue: clear photos (good lighting) of front + back, plus one close-up and one full-card photo
- If it’s a shipping issue: your shipping ZIP code and what you’re seeing in tracking
Order status & tracking expectations
If your tracking shows “Label created” (or similar), it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan it and show the next update—especially around weekends and holidays.
Common quick answers
- Tournament legality: Our cards are proxies/playtest cards for casual use—they’re not official MTG cards and not for Wizards-sanctioned events.
- Address changes: Email us as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
