How realistic are your MTG proxies?

PrintMTG focuses on high-quality “close match” proxies that look great in sleeves for casual play and playtesting. We’re not trying to produce exact replicas (for example, we don’t add holo stamps). The goal is clean, readable cards with consistent sizing and weight that feel right at the table.

Are there limitations to what cards I can print?

You can print almost any MTG card ever produced. Brand new releases can take a little time to appear in the database, so if you can’t find a specific version, reach out and we’ll help you track it down.

Can I print MTG cards from a deck list?

Yes. You can paste an entire deck list and print it on demand. It’s the fastest way to go from “deck idea” to “ready to sleeve.”

Are there minimum order quantities?

No minimums. You can print a single card if you want, and larger orders get better per-card pricing.

Can you print foil proxy cards?

Foil printing is available for custom requests and is typically priced higher than standard printing. We’re also working to make foil options easier to order directly through the site.

What printing and cardstock do you use?

We print on premium black-core playing-card stock designed to feel close in sleeve, with a smooth finish and standard TCG sizing. If you’ve only used paper proxies, the difference is immediate.

Do you accept returns?

Because every order is custom-printed, standard “changed my mind” returns aren’t a fit. If there’s a verified defect, shipping damage, or we made an error, we’ll make it right—typically with a reprint, replacement, or credit depending on the situation.

What are your production and fulfillment times?

Most orders are produced within about 2 business days (Mon–Fri), often same or next business day. Shipping time depends on your location and the method you choose; faster options are available at checkout.

What if I want to design unique MTG cards or upload my own art?

You can upload your own designs or use our design tools to create custom cards. It’s a great option for custom art, gifts, alternate frames, or fully original card concepts—while still keeping cards readable and table-friendly.
