How it works
Send us an email with:
- The link to the competitor’s page
- Your order details (quantity, what you’re ordering, and any options)
- (Optional but helpful) a screenshot if the price changes quickly
If it qualifies, we’ll reply with either:
- a matched/beat price quote, or
- a discount code / adjusted invoice (depending on how you order)
Tip: Because we often begin production quickly, please email before ordering whenever possible.
What we match
For U.S. orders, we match the competitor’s total delivered price — meaning:
- item price + shipping
- to a U.S. delivery address
- for the same (or meaningfully comparable) product and quantity
In other words: if you’re in the U.S., we compare what you’d actually pay to get it to your door.
For non-U.S. orders, shipping/customs can vary too much to compare fairly, so we typically match item price and do our best on shipping where possible.
What counts as a “comparable” offer
To keep this fair (and not “someone on a forum offered a mystery stack for $3”), the competitor offer must be:
- The same type of product (proxy/playtest cards)
- Similar quality/materials (cardstock/finish)
- Same quantity
- In stock and orderable (not waitlist/preorder-only)
- Clearly priced in USD (or we’ll convert using current rates)
- Deliverable to the same U.S. region/address type (no “local pickup only”)
If specs aren’t clear, we’ll ask for details or treat it as not comparable.
Timing
- Best option: email us before you place your order.
- If you already ordered, reach out ASAP. If production hasn’t started, we can usually adjust. If printing has already begun, we may not be able to change the price for that order.
