Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Delivery time = Production time + Transit time

Most U.S. orders arrive in ~5–9 business days total (~2 business days production + ~3–7 business days transit).
Expedited shipping reduces transit time.

Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).

Production Time (Handling Time)

Because every order is produced on demand, there is a production step before it ships.

Typical production time: ~2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Production time may extend during:

  • Peak demand periods

  • Very large orders

  • Custom or unusually complex orders

If you’re ordering for a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best shipping option.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Typical transit times after production:

  • Standard: ~3–7 business days

  • Expedited: faster options may be available at checkout (reduced transit time)

International Shipping (By Request Only)

International shipping is available by request only and is not available at checkout. Customers must contact support for a quote and available options.

Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes and may be asked to confirm shipping details before we proceed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking updates may take time to appear—especially in the first 24–48 hours after the label is created or when the carrier has not yet scanned the package.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it returns—additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Issues, Damage, and Our Responsibility

If we make a mistake with your order—printing, finishing, cutting, packing, or shipping—we will reprint the order at our cost.

If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases we may need:

  • Photos of the damage (for carrier claims), and/or

  • Confirmation of the shipping address
