Shipping Cost and Time

Delivery time = Production time + Transit time

Most US orders arrive in ~5–9 business days total (2 business days production + 3–7 business days transit).
(Expedited shipping reduces transit time.)

Production Time (Handling Time)

Because every order is produced on demand, there is a production step before shipping.

Typical production time: 2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Production time may extend during:

  • peak demand periods
  • very large orders
  • custom or unusually complex orders

If you’re ordering for a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best shipping option.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it returns—additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Issues, Damage, and Our Responsibility

If we make a mistake with your order—printing, finishing, cutting, packing, or shipping—we will reprint the order at our cost.

If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases we may need:

  • photos of the damage (for carrier claims), and/or
  • confirmation of the shipping address
