We take print quality seriously. If you order from PrintMTG, you should receive cards that are cleanly printed, properly finished, consistently cut, and packaged correctly.
This page explains what we guarantee, what counts as “our mistake,” and how reprints work.
Our Quality Guarantee
Every order should arrive with:
- Sharp, readable printing (no unintended blur or heavy banding)
- Consistent color and finish across the order
- Clean cuts and uniform corners (no jagged edges or obvious miscuts)
- Correct quantities and correct items
- Appropriate packaging for safe shipment
If we miss the mark on any of the above due to an error on our side, we will make it right.
If we make a mistake, we reprint at our cost
If the issue is caused by us—whether it’s:
- printing
- finishing / coating
- cutting / cornering
- packing
- shipping (wrong address label, wrong contents, wrong package)
…we will reprint your order at our cost.
No runaround. If it’s on us, we fix it.
What we need from you (so we can fix it fast)
If something arrives wrong or damaged, please email us with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- photos (when applicable), such as:
- the full item laid out
- close-ups of the defect
- the shipping label (if it’s a shipping issue)
- packaging damage (if the box/mailers arrived damaged)
Photos help us confirm the issue and improve the process so it doesn’t happen again.
What isn’t covered as a “reprint at our cost”
We’ll always try to help, but the following typically are not “our mistake” reprints:
- Customer-provided file issues (low-resolution images, incorrect spelling, wrong art uploaded, wrong card list submitted)
- Intentional design choices that you later want changed (custom text, custom frames, etc.)
- Wear from use after the product has been played with
- Address errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout

Timing for reprints
When a reprint is approved, we prioritize it and produce it as quickly as possible. Timing depends on:
- the size of the order
- production queue volume
- whether the original order required custom work
